Shipping Area
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. At this time, international shipping is not available.
Couriers used
We use Yodel for standard shipping and DPD for our Next Day express shipping services.
Free Shipping
We offer free UK tracked shipping on all orders over £50.
For orders under £50, a flat-rate shipping fee of £6.99 applies.
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, and tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way.
Returns
Any order that has been dispatched will be treated as a return and it is therefore the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the safe return of the products, in their original condition. This also includes any associated shipping fees which would, in the event of a return, be the responsibility of the customer.
